ComplyChain Solutions LLC ("ComplyChain", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through complychainsolutions.com and when you contact or engage us, how we use it, and the choices you have. 1. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website, contact form, website chat, blog comments and member accounts, and emails you send us. Information we handle during a client engagement is also covered by that engagement letter and its confidentiality terms. Where they differ, the engagement letter applies.

2. Information we collect

Contact details: name, email, phone number and organization, from the contact form, chat or email
Your enquiry: what happened, amounts, dates, wallet addresses, transaction IDs and any documents you choose to send
Engagement information: identity and conflict-check details, case records, exchange records supplied through counsel, and payment records
Account and comment data: username, profile details and comments you post
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate location and cookie identifiers, collected automatically by our website platform (see our Cookie Notice)

Please don't send seed phrases, private keys, passwords or full identity documents through the contact form or chat. We will never ask for them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. When we share it

With service providers that host or run our website, email, forms, payments and case management, including Wix.com. They are bound to protect it and use it only for us.
With your lawyer, or with people you ask us to share it with
With law enforcement, regulators, courts or exchanges when you instruct us to, for example to submit a tracing report, or when the law requires it
With our professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, under confidentiality
If our business is reorganized or sold, under the same protections as this policy

5. Where it is stored

Our website is hosted by Wix.com. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States, Canada and other countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers between countries.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and for any longer period required by law, regulation or a legal hold. We then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We limit access to the people working on a matter and use the security controls of our providers. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email info@complychainsolutions.com. We will verify your identity and reply within the time the law sets. Some records we must keep, such as engagement and conflict-check records. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Children

Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Contact and impersonation warning

Email info@complychainsolutions.com. We only email from @complychainsolutions.com addresses. If someone claiming to be us contacts you from another address, or asks for crypto to recover funds, it is not us. Please tell us.
