How We Work, and What We Will Never Do
Investigations only help if people can trust how they were done. These are the commitments behind every engagement.
Our method
-
Every trace is documented step by step, so another analyst can reproduce it.
-
Every hop is traced in our CoinForensics platform and cross-checked in a second commercial tracing tool. Where the tools disagree, we rely on exchange records.
-
Reports state their limits: what the data shows, what it does not, and our confidence.
-
A name on an exchange account is treated as a lead, not a conclusion.
-
A qualified ComplyChain investigator signs every report. Software and AI tools assist; people decide.
Independence and conflicts
-
We run a conflict check on every new matter, covering past and current clients, opposing parties and our affiliated businesses.
-
If a conflict exists, we tell you and decline the work.
-
ComplyChain Solutions LLC is the parent company of CoinForensics.
