Lost Crypto to a Scam? Get the Facts Before You Act
We trace where your funds went and give you a written report you can hand to the police, your exchange and a lawyer. We do not recover funds ourselves, and nobody can honestly promise that you will get your money back.

Report the fraud to your local police and national fraud-reporting centre: in the US, IC3 (ic3.gov); in Canada, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

Tracing report: a plain-language report, with a signed analyst declaration, that police, exchanges and lawyers can act on

Fees

Tracing assessment: $950. Credited in full if you go on to a report. Available for losses of $10,000 or more.

Tracing report: from $4,500. For losses of $25,000 or more. Complex cases are quoted in advance.

Flat fees agreed in writing before work starts. No hourly surprises and no success fees.
If your loss is below $10,000, our fees would likely outweigh the benefit. Report it to the police and your national fraud-reporting centre, and contact the exchange you sent funds from.
How it works

Tell us what happened. Email info@complychainsolutions.com with a short summary, the amounts and dates, and any wallet addresses or transaction IDs.

We tell you whether a trace is likely to help. If it isn't, we say why and charge nothing.

We trace and write the report. Standard reports are delivered within 30 business days.

Report walkthrough. We explain the findings and your realistic options, and help you pass the report to police, your exchange or a lawyer.
